What was the highlight of Mercure Paris Alesia
Nice stay good to be close to metro
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Being woken up at 1.30am for a fire alarm evacuation -false alarm thankfully but wasn’t great to have to take two small children to the street in the middle of the night. Apparently a guest had a very hot bath and the steam caused the alarm to go off. Good to have a fire alarm that works so well so not really the hotels fault but I can’t see the ventilation in the bathroom stopping this occurring. We still had a good time but we’re just all very tired the next day! Think a gesture of a free breakfast the next day would have been a nice touch!

Beautiful stay at Mercure
The hotel was very well located. Right across the train and metro, market and bakery. Despite facing the street with its beautiful balconies, it was fairly quiet at night. The staff, especially Doudou, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also doing an extra effort to be more green. Nothing bad to say about it but do not expect the rooms to be big, it's uncommon for Paris.

What was the highlight of Mercure Paris Alesia
Central location but not quite a four star hotel.
The location was very close to the metro and a tram line. Many tourist sites were within 30 minutes of the hotel.
The property seemed more like a 3 star. They didn’t have any disposable razors and the facilities needed repainting as well as some repairs to the walls. There was visible paint chipping in the balcony and near the air conditioner. The neighborhood had a few unhoused individuals as well but they leave you alone.
